(More customer reviews)The book was exactly what I was looking for, it covers TDMA, CDMA, GSM and AMPS very well, giving enough information that I feel pretty good about my knowledge of the technologies as a phone technician. The graphics were good, and the writing was at a level I could, for the most part understand. The last few chapters actually dicuss many of the actual tests that I use in my shop, and made a lot of things really clear - I'd almost like to see these chapters get more in depth, but it is really good as it is. Any tech working on cell phones or cellular/PCS networks should read this book.
