I bought this book with the intention of really trying to learn the subject of antenna for base station. I got the book in 3-4 days (fast shipping by the book seller there) and after reading the book for 30 minutes, I have decided that the book is simply a waste of money and my time to read further. I was totally disappointed and want to warn you not to buy this book. I don't know how anyone can rate this book 5-star (or even 2-star for that matter). I would have given it a 0 star if that rating were available.
The book does not contain any theory on antenna or explains how antenna works. For any type of antenna, the book simply gives you an example of the antenna (with diagrams and sometimes photos) and shows you the radition(?) patterns. That's it. I could have gotte that information from wikipedia.
I am now looking for another antenna book to buy.
