(More customer reviews)I was required to buy this for a class that I am taking at a junior college. The class is required for all students who are working towards a degree, with no exceptions. So even though I have been an IT professional for over ten years, I was required to take this class. This "book" is a ridiculous joke. It's actually a pamphlet. I read the entire thing in less than ten minutes, and I learned absolutely nothing new. What a colossal waste of money. I guess, if you had never seen a computer before, and never been on the internet in your life, you might get something out of it. But there's no way that this is worth the $25 list price.
If you are not absolutely required to buy this book, don't.
