(More customer reviews)This book is a must read. To fully underand the PHY (physical layer) used in cable modems you need good understanding of QAM. As a technical consultant, I need to quickly get up to speed on new technologies. I found this book to be very helpful during a recently completed cable modem consutling project. This book got me quickly up to speed and greatly helped my work in IEEE 802.14, MCNS,and SCTE-DVS.
