(More customer reviews)There is worthwhile information here: the relationship between the International Telecommunications Union, and national telecommunications agencies; chapters with standard frequency allocations; and some good basic theory. However, the Europe-only focus, and specifically using some commercial management software (and assuming the reader has access to it) limits much of its usefulness.
